Home / Who we are

We build the
machine.

Not campaigns. Not deliverables. The underlying system that makes a B2B company findable, credible and consistently chosen — and keeps working after the invoice clears.

The short version

Most agencies sell effort. We sell outcomes.

It's easy to look busy in marketing. Reports full of impressions, rankings for terms nobody buys from, a content calendar that never gets tied to a single closed deal. Plenty of agencies survive on exactly that, because effort is easy to invoice and outcomes are hard to guarantee.

IBIZN was built the other way round. We start from the number you actually care about — qualified conversations — and work backwards to find what's blocking it. Sometimes that's visibility. Often it's conversion. Occasionally it's an engineering problem nobody has named yet, or an offer that doesn't land. We'd rather tell you that than sell you a package that doesn't touch it.

That's why the four things we do — visibility, conversion, outbound and build — live under one roof. Growth problems don't respect org charts, and handing you off between three vendors is how the thread gets dropped.

Where we sit

Between the agency and the in-house hire

More senior than an agency pod. Cheaper and faster than building a team. Accountable to your numbers either way.

How we're built

Small on purpose

We cap concurrent engagements. This work rewards depth, and depth is the first thing that dies when an agency chases headcount.

Where we are

Dhaka, working worldwide

Clients across the US, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia. We hold hours that overlap yours — you shouldn't feel the timezone.

How we operate

Six things we
won't bend on.

These aren't values on a wall. They're the reasons we've turned work down, and the standard you can hold us to.

If your problem is pricing, product or sales capacity, no amount of visibility work fixes it. We'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere more useful. A client who signs for the wrong reason churns in four months and tells people why.
Every report includes what underperformed and what we're doing about it. Selective reporting buys a month of comfort and costs you a year of misallocated budget. You can't make good decisions on a curated view.
Nobody controls Google's index or a model's training data. What we control is the quality of the foundation, the clarity of your entity, the strength of your content and the rate at which we ship. We'll commit to that and to the leading indicators — not to a position we can't hold.
Your accounts, your domains, your code, your data, your documentation. No proprietary lock-in, no dashboard you lose access to when you leave. If we're worth keeping, it shouldn't be because leaving is painful.
Discovery is not a month-long deck. We audit fast, agree the top three moves, and start. Momentum in the first fortnight tells you more about a partner than any onboarding document.
Compounding work needs a quarter to show its shape, so the first ninety days are committed. After that it's month to month. If we're not earning the next month, you shouldn't be paying for it.

Behind it

Ashraful Islam

Founder — IBIZN

I started IBIZN because I kept meeting good B2B companies losing to worse ones that were simply easier to find. The product was better. The team was better. And none of it mattered, because when a buyer went looking, someone else's name came back.

I run other businesses too — a printing operation and a logistics fleet — and that's not a footnote, it's the reason this works. I know what it feels like when the pipeline is thin and the fixed costs aren't. I'm not optimising a metric in the abstract. I've had the month where the number needed to move.

So IBIZN is built the way I'd want a partner to work with me: tell me the truth early, show me the whole scoreboard, ship something in the first week, and don't make leaving difficult.
